At present, experiments are underway on the Line 1 train station to compare the effects of two air filtration purification methods. One is installed in the air-conditioning case, and the other is located in the air outlet of the air-conditioning pipe.
The reporter learned that the new type of air "filter device" located at the air outlet of the pipe uses the principle of high voltage static electricity to adsorb bacteria in the dust and will not have any impact on or harm human health. "In fact, this technology is a mature technology. Simply put, it is to let the bacteria in the air 'electrically die'. The voltage can reach 6000 volts, which can kill more than 90% of bacteria in the air." I told reporters that this technology can replace traditional air filters and be installed in central air-conditioning systems, and can also play a certain energy-saving role.
The other is a negative ion "filtration device" installed in the air-conditioning case. This method is also called "forest house" technology. Just like in the forest, it condenses small particles of dust into large particles and settles to the ground, thereby purifying the air.
